The backdrop narrative

The backdrop for the initial narrative of the Project takes place in the Tavern at Port Royal, with the gossip about a mystical talisman mentioned in reverent and hushed tones, as the Kraken Talisman.

This is where our story begins.

Here we will set out, as best as possible, what we know for sure and what we have assumed about the collapse of the world and the origins of The Order of the Kraken.

A lot of this information had been lost when the waters finally claimed the earth, some had been passed down in whispers and old wives' tales and some we have managed to salvage following the discovery of the ARCHIVE.

The descendants of the ancient Pirate bloodlines going back to the Golden Age of Piracy, have always formed the foundation of The Order. In the New World, albeit forgotten and the bloodlines are scattered for now, they have survived the fall of humanity.

From legend, myth and the Archive, enough is now known to understand the origins of The Order, to tap into some of the ancient wisdoms and, most certainly to start to restore The Order to its former glory.

The question remains, do you have what takes to seek out and take stake your families claim in the Order in reshaping of the destiny of the New World?
