The Project plans to develop its own stand alone marketplace for its digital assets and it is envisioned that the Project token $EIGHT or $ADA will be used to purchase existing and future digital assets made available by the Project.

The have been a number of white-labelled marketplaces being made available to the wider Cardano community and we will evaluate all the options available.

Some of the high level features being considered in the design phase or in any future white-labelled product evaluation as an offering:

Exclusive Content: The marketplace could offer exclusive digital assets, such as rare and unique NFTs, that can only be obtained through the marketplace, providing an incentive for collectors to visit and engage with the platform.

Token Utility: The marketplace could include a feature that allows users to use their $EIGHT and their OTK NFTs to access certain perks or benefits, such as in-game items, special events, or early access to new content.

Game Integration: It is envisioned that the marketplace would be integrated into the narrative and the Play-to-own game or virtual world of the Order of the Kraken.

Community Building: The marketplace may include features that encourage community building among users, such as forums, social media integration, and an events calendar.

Staking and Governance: The marketplace may include staking and governance features that allow community members to participate in the decision-making process related to the marketplace and the allocation of revenues.

Liquidity pools: The marketplace would have Order of the Kraken specific liquidity pools to enable more secondary market trading of the in-game tokens, treasures and other elements.

Revenue Streams: The marketplace would have an additional benefit of securing further revenue streams for the Project's development treasury.
