You agree that you are purchasing all of the NFTs to actively participate and engage with various elements of the Order of the Kraken Project and to obtain services from within the OTK ecosystem.

The Project is acting solely as an arms’ length third party in relation to the NFT distribution, and not in the capacity as a financial advisor or fiduciary of any person with regard to the distribution of these NFTs.
